Return & Refund Policy

All merchandise is printed to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or if you simply no longer want the item.

However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect (e.g., wrong design or size shipped), please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue and your order number.

We will review your case and offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund

  • A replacement item (we will reprint and ship a new one)

Please note: Refunds or replacements will not be issued for normal wear and tear, improper washing/care, or damage caused after delivery.
